The Phoenix League Paragon Academy is a Discord server dedicated to the Amtgard game type of the same name. It’s also a fantastic resource for learning some classes. The Academy is pretty much always looking for people wanting to learn or teach a particular class and its mechanics, and it’s also just plain good for talking with Amtgarders in other kingdoms. The staff are friendly, and I suggest any Amtgarder who is halfway serious about improving their ability to play battlegames join.

For the second time, I will link Lady Heron’s fantastic blog The Heron’s Nest. She goes into far more detail than I do on playing Warrior, a class that I think a lot of people underestimate the complexity of. Without her work, I probably never would have thought of doing this. She’s also super approachable and a member of the Paragon Academy.
